Pappy's General Store, established in 1994, is a Texas family owned business. Like most small businesses, we can not complete head to head with the Wal-Marts of this world. We attribute our customer base and loyalty to folks who like the friendly and courteous service of the small businesses in this great US of A.
Our Mission Statement is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by treating each and every person exactly the way we would want to be treated when making a purchase..
Now for my disclaimer (well it ain't exactly a disclaimer) note:
We are human.... and we do make mistakes from time to time...but you can bet your bottom dollar we are going to fix whatever is wrong. You can take that to the bank ...or...my name ain't Pappy !
