All returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Please note:   By Texas law, the Department of Health prohibits the return of perishable and consumable ingredients, so we cannot accept any of these products for return.

Defective equipment or materials damaged during shipping will be replaced.  

We are only human and if we send you the wrong item....we will immediately correct the mistake.

Prior to sending back an item(s), email us and be sure to include your name, the order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will issue you a "return number". Please put "Attn:[Return #] on the front of the package. This allows us to know exactly why we have received it and expedites the necessary action.

Please mail your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable carrier to the address below. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed. 

It would be greatly appreciated if returned item(s) are sent back as received (boxed, instructions, all bits / parts, etc.).
